Circuit board recycling equipment uses physical separation technology to crush and recycle circuit boards, including crushers, pulverizers, analyzers, airflow sorting screens, specific gravity sorting screens, electrostatic sorting machines, and aggregate dust removal devices. The dust removal device includes a collector, a pulse dust collector and an induced draft fan connected in sequence. The induced draft fan is a high-pressure induced draft fan, and the model of the high-pressure induced draft fan can be a YDF series fan. Both the aggregator and the pulse dust collector are provided with a discharge port, and the discharge port of the aggregator is the fiber powder outlet; the crusher, the pulverizer, the analyzer, the airflow sorting screen, the specific gravity sorting screen and the electrostatic sorting machine are in sequence. The analyzer is connected to the airflow sorting screen through the elevator I, and the elevator I is a bucket elevator.

The specific gravity sorting screen is connected with the electrostatic separator through the elevator II, and the elevator II is also a bucket elevator. There are material outlets on both the specific gravity sorting screen and the electrostatic sorting machine, and the material outlet on the specific gravity sorting screen and the electrostatic sorting machine is a metal outlet. There is also a resin powder outlet on the electrostatic separator. The airflow sorting screen, the analyzer and the specific gravity sorting screen are respectively provided with a second outlet. The other outlet of the sieve is connected with the aggregate dust removal device II.

Processing process: The crusher can crush the circuit board to a particle size of 2-3 cm. The crushed circuit board enters the crusher, and the crusher smashes the crushed circuit board to about 20 mesh. The circuit board enters the analyzer, and the analyzer conducts air selection on the pulverized material, and separates the resin powder, metal, dust, and fiber powder in the material. The dust and fiber powder are sucked into the collector by the high-pressure induced draft fan, and the resin powder and metal powder Enter the airflow sorting screen through the elevator I;

The collector collects the fiber powder, and the collected fiber powder is discharged through the fiber powder outlet. The pulse purifier can collect the dust and ultrafine fibers generated during the crushing process;

The air separation screen screens the resin powder and metal, the resin and metal that are not separated are returned to the pulverizer for re-pulverization, and the separated resin powder and metal enter the specific gravity separation screen for separation;
