There is also a resin powder outlet on the electrostatic separator. The airflow sorting screen, the analyzer and the specific gravity sorting screen are respectively provided with a second outlet. The other outlet of the sieve is connected with the aggregate dust removal device II.
Processing process: The crusher can crush the circuit board to a particle size of 2-3 cm. The crushed circuit board enters the crusher, and the crusher smashes the crushed circuit board to about 20 mesh. The circuit board enters the analyzer, and the analyzer conducts air selection on the pulverized material, and separates the resin powder, metal, dust, and fiber powder in the material. The collector collects the fiber powder, and the collected fiber powder is discharged through the fiber powder outlet. The pulse purifier can collect the dust and ultrafine fibers generated during the crushing process;
The air separation screen screens the resin powder and metal, the resin and metal that are not separated are returned to the pulverizer for re-pulverization, and the separated resin powder and metal enter the specific gravity separation screen for separation;
