The Work-flow of Waste Circuit Board Recycling Equipment
The waste circuit board recycling equipment uses a double-shaft shredder type for the broken machine, a hammer crusher for the second broken machine, and a high-speed turbo crusher for the third stage. The material is pulverized into powder by three-stage pulverization, and then sorted by air separation equipment and electrostatic separation equipment. The production line has novel and unique structure; the production capacity is large and the power consumption is small; one feeding and multi-machine cooperation are completed; the whole production line is controlled by PLC. The successful development of the machine not only improves the quality of recycled copper, but also prevents secondary pollution. The separation and sorting equipment makes the recovery rate of copper in the waste circuit board up to 99%, which is the first in China.
The waste circuit board recycling equipment adopts a shredding, secondary crushing, and three-stage pulverization to make a metal and resin fiber powder mixture; and then separates the metal from the resin by wind and static electricity sorting. In order to prevent dust pollution during processing, a bag dust removal device is added after the wind sorting process, effectively solving the dust pollution problem.
